Calendar overview

Year of Self Care Calendar

The year of self care is not just a programme, but an invitation to think about different types of self care. Each month will have lots of local information and events aimed at helping make positive changes; whatever our age, ability or state of health.

January 2017

Alcohol Awareness

Do you know the units and calories in bottles, glasses or pints of your favourite drink?
We're working with Drinkaware to help everyone drink safely and responsibly.

Mental Wellbeing

Good self care starts with looking after our mental wellbeing. This isn’t just an issue for those living with mental illnesses – we all need to take time to look after ourselves in this way.
