New supported beginner exercise classes

Exercise classes are now available for people who want to get fit in a supportive and beginner friendly environment. The classes support people to gain the confidence and fitness to then access further exercise.

Tai Chi (Open to all - Ongoing)

Tai Chi for the over 50s. Gentle excercises to improve balance, coordanation and muscle strength. Refreshments included. £4 per session (first session FREE)

Great Hollands Community Centre (RG12 8UX) - Tuesdays 11am - 12.30pm

Fit 4 All (Open to all - Ongoing)

Get fit in a supported and beginner friendly environment including tea & coffee, all for just £2 per session. Feel free to sign up here or turn up on the day.

Great Hollands Community Centre (RG12 8UX) -  Fridays 10:30 – noon (inc half hour social/refreshments time) 

Priestwood Community Centre (RG42 1TU) - Mondays 10am -11:30am (inc half hour social/refreshments time) 

The Parks Community Centre (RG12 9QN) - Tuesdays 6pm–7pm.
